Dr. Higley completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida and her medical training at Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine.
After completing 2 years of medical school clerkship rotations in Foley, she chose Baldwin Health because she loved working with the people in the Baldwin community.
In her spare time, she enjoys pickleball, roller skating, and making candles.
